Assessments
Each child will receive the following standard assessments:
Psychological assessments
Biopsychosocial (completed by your child’s Family Service Worker)
Woodcock Johnson Test of Achievement
Youth Outcome Questionnaire
SASSI
All collected information is used to formulate an Individualized Master Treatment Plan for your child.
Additional fee-based assessments may be conducted by a contracted professional as needed.
