Notice of Privacy Practices

Established in 1996, Lexington Academy is a residential treatment center males and females ages 12 to 19. Our 300-acre campus is located on the Englishton Park campus in Southern Indiana and is an ideal setting for a residential program. This program utilizes a cognitive behavioral model with intensive group, individual, and family counseling. Lexington Academy offers a year-round academic program provided by the local school corporation, utilizes a peer empowerment model and family support.

Student Profile

Whom do we serve?

Males and Females with oppositional defiant disorder and/or who have difficulty in school. Individuals with moderate to severe emotional problems who would benefit from a structured day and extensive clinical programming. We also work with children who have a primary diagnosis of substance abuse and older youth that are in need of independent living skills.
