Access to Licensed Professional Counselors
As a parent considering placing your child in a residential treatment program you want the individuals caring for your son or daughter to be qualified and experienced professionals.
Since our inception over twenty years ago we have endeavored to hire the best counselors, family service providers and staff members in our field.
When appropriate, Three Springs programs are staffed with consulting psychologists and psychiatrists, and program nurses administer medications.
Direct Care Counselors work with your child on a daily basis and hold a minimum of a Bachelors degree in social science or therapeutic recreation.
Family Service Workers work with your entire family and hold at least a Bachelors degree in social science. They are supervised by a Masters-level counselors.
Our educational staff meets all requirements for licensing and accreditation, and all staff members hold specialized training in his or her subject area.
You Can Continue Family Counseling with Your Referring Professional
Your family doctor/counselor/referring professional may wish to continue counseling your family while your child is with a Three Springs program. With your consent we send frequent progress updates and consult with your treatment professional prior to graduation to create an aftercare plan for your child to follow when he or she returns home.
Our goal is for a seamless connection between your child's previous treatment, his or her stay with the program, and his or her successful reintegration into the family.
