Sharon Elsenbeck, Director of Support Services

Everyone at the Three Springs of North Carolina program feels lucky to work and interact with Sharon Elsenbeck. Sharon was hired as the program receptionist in February of 1991 and was quickly promoted to the position of Admissions Assistant. She held that position until 1995 when she left to pursue another career. Fortunately, Sharon returned to the North Carolina program in May 1997 as Director of Support Services and has been involved with every aspect of the program ever since. Sharon enjoys her work and likes the fact that when she is feeling a bit stressed, she can spend some time with the residents to regain perspective.

After helping prepare the girls program for its ultimate rebirth as Auldern Academy, Joe transferred back to the boys program to serve as Staff Development Coordinator.
